Mitsubishi today released this mysterious teaser photo of a new car – thought to be the new Colt – that will make its world debut at next month's 2008 Paris motor show. It's hard to see much from the shadowy pixels that have been issued: it looks like a generic, modern Mitsu with the Lancer's deep grille and wedgy headlamps. CAR expects Mitsubishi to show a heavily revised Colt at the Paris show on 2 October 2008.
New BMW 1 Series 3 Door
BMW has revealed the three door version of the new 1 Series and a new entry level 1 Series – the BMW 114i. The reveal of the BMW M135i Concept at the Geneva Motor Show in March gave us the first look at the three door version of the new 1 Series, and today we get the three door 1 Series range revealed in full as well as details on the new M135i. The 3 door version of the 1 Series is really the proper 1 Series; its lines work better and it just suits the car, and with everything on offer from a 114i to a range-topping M135i xDrive there’s seemingly something for everyone.
The marketing begins for the new Hyundai i30
With the 2012 Hyundai i30 due to arrive in the UK in March, Hyundai are starting to promote the car that aims to take on the VW Golf and Ford Focus. The new Hyundai i30 for 2012 arrived at the Frankfurt Motor Show back in September, and it caused a bit of a stir. Not just because it’s a good looking car, well built and keenly priced, but because VW boss Martin Winterkorn seemed so taken by it.
